Simon is a director in the Miami office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than six years of experience in commercial real estate. Simon focuses primarily on multi-housing and land investment advisory throughout the southeastern United States. During his career, he has been involved in more than $3 billion in transactions. Simon started at HFF in May 2014. Before that, he interned at 13th Floor Investments while pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Finance, Economics and Management at the University of Miami.
