Woody Hillyer joined Stream Realty Partners in 2017 and serves as a Vice President for the firm’s industrial division in Houston. In his role, he oversees project leasing, site selection, and lease analysis for the firm and its clients. Woody currently leases an industrial portfolio totaling over 6.5 million square feet, and has completed more than $400 million in lease transaction value.
