He previously served as Vice Chairman within CBRE’s Investment Properties Group, where he and his team won numerous accolades for top performance. Shelton has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker, the Orlando Business Journal’s “Dealmaker of the Year” and was one of the top “40 under 40” in Florida. He received his BA in political science from Furman University and his MBA from Rollins College’s Crummer Graduate School of Business.
