About

Shelly moved from Miami to Israel at the age of 19, which was a move that largely shaped her life. She was immersed in such an intense cultural change, was 6,621 miles away from her friends and family, and studied for seven years of studies between Tel Aviv University and The Interdisciplinary Center. She did her bachelor’s at Tel Aviv University, followed by a master's degree at IDC (Interdisciplinary Center) in Organizational Psychology. Her mission was to evaluate the ecosystems of different struggling companies to advise them on how to better their strategies to keep those systems alive and well. Upon completion of her studies during a visit to Miami, she was presented with a job opportunity to work as a commercial real estate agent at Marcus & Millichap. She knew little about the industry but was completely hooked immediately. Some of her accomplishments at Marcus & Millichap were winning the "Prospector of the Year" award in 2019 and the quarter 1 sales contest in 2019.
