Shawn Jaenson has been involved in over 270 transactions, totaling more than 13.6 million square feet of leased space with a transaction value of over $450 million. He is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP). Jaenson was the recipient of NAIOP’s ‘Rising Star’ award in 2021 as well as ‘Developing Leaders’ award in 2022. Prior to Jaenson’s transition into real estate, he spent nine years in the military, serving as a U.S. Navy SEAL. Over multiple deployments to both the Middle East and Europe, Shawn’s dedication and professionalism earned him the Joint Service Achievement Medal for exceptional meritorious service.
