Sharon Riley Wortmann is a Managing Director in JLL Industrial Services Group based in Ontario, California. Sharon joined JLL in 2017 from CBRE Capital Markets and was part of the National Partners Industrial Team based in Los Angeles where she focused on industrial asset debt placement and equity sourcing. She was previously with Colony Capital where she was Acquisitions Director responsible for creating and implementing an investment strategy for the West Coast region, which included direct equity and structured debt investments on behalf of the Colony Capital REIT, multiple investment funds, and Separate Accounts. Other duties included relationship management, investor relations, and dispositions. Sharon previously spent nearly 12 years at Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. as Acquisitions Director responsible for the West Coast equity investment strategy, joint ventures, development and mortgage production. Sharon has focused JV experience including operating and ground up development joint ventures primarily in the multi family, senior/assisted living, office, industrial, retail, commercial condo, airport/urban parking and student housing sectors.
