About
Seth is the go-to guy for all things leasing. He has the 411 on all the active deals in the market so he can qualify the best leads for his portfolio of AQUILA properties.
Seth specializes in project leasing, and his primary responsibilities include leasing and marketing properties, touring prospective tenants, and maintaining relationships with owners and tenants.
Seth originally joined the AQUILA team as an intern, and then transitioned into a junior broker position within the project leasing team, where he learned the ropes assisting with lease transactions and reporting on deals through our leasing management platform.
Prior to joining AQUILA, Seth played Division I golf at The College of Charleston. After college, Seth became an assistant coach at his alma matter and attempted to go pro, participating in the PGA Tour Q School. Looking for a fourth in your next scramble? Seth’s your man.
