Sean Williams is based in our Tampa office, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily transactions throughout central Florida in conjunction with Shelton Granade, Luke Wickham and Justin Basquill.
With a long history of serving multifamily investors in the Tampa Bay area, Mr. Williams’ industry background is extensive and diverse. He has represented a wide range of clients on important acquisition/disposition and equity raise assignments including developers, pension funds, REITs, institutions and private capital.
Mr. Williams is recognized as a top producer having held prior positions at national brokerage firms as well as developing significant industry insight taking on both acquisition and disposition roles at a top multifamily REIT. His real estate career began in the New York headquarters of a major pension fund. He received both his undergraduate degree and his MBA from the University of Florida.
