Sean Ward, an Executive Vice President for CBRE, specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties with a focus on consulting corporations on their global real estate strategy. Mr. Ward exclusively represents both public and private companies on portfolio wide real estate services and has current experience conducting interstate and international real estate transactions.
Mr. Ward started his career in commercial real estate in 2003 after graduating with high honors from the University of California at Los Angeles. During his career he has gained valuable experience representing owners and users of industrial and office properties in many diverse markets, market conditions and transaction types. Collectively the team of Ben Seybold, Sean Ward and and Keith Greer has completed over 1,700 transactions on over 45 million square feet of property valued in excess of $3 billion in total consideration.
