Sean is a Senior Managing Director in the Austin office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, and Co-Heads Austin and San Antonio offices. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has 26 years of experience in commercial real estate. As a member of the Investment Sales Group, he is primarily responsible for institutional multifamily transactions throughout the United States with a secondary focus on medical office transactions. During the course of his career, Sean has completed more than $5.5 billion in total transaction volume with $5 billion of that specific to multifamily transactions. Additionally, Sean is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the investment sales group within the Austin office. Sean started with HFF in January 2011 to launch the firm’s Austin office. Before that, he was associated with CBRE (1994-2004) as a real estate principal specializing in multifamily and healthcare real estate investments.
