Sean is a senior managing director and Loan Platform Sales Leader in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than six years of experience in commercial real estate. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring and executing loan sales, distressed debt and REO portfolio sales opportunities.
Sean started at HFF in 2013. Before that, he worked as an investment sales associate at NAI Hunneman in Boston, Massachusetts, where he was responsible for the underwriting, real estate valuation and individual asset/portfolio due diligence opportunities focusing on office, industrial, retail and multi-housing properties. During his time at NAI Hunneman, he was involved in the disposition of more than $500 million of commercial assets. Prior to working at NAI Hunneman, he played in the National Football League for six seasons after being drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in 2004.
