Sean started his real estate career interning at a full-service development company in Irvine where he worked hands on with the Acquisitions and Asset management teams. After, he interned with Greysteel in their Washington D.C. office working under the Investment Sales and Capital Market teams. Concurrently, he interned with a real estate private equity group in Los Angeles where he reached out to investors and oversaw all ground up development deals. Sean has had experiences in almost all asset classes of real estate on both the brokerage and investing side which is where his expertise and knowledge lies. Sean has an extensive background which helped to accelerate his capabilities and understanding of Industrial Brokerage.
