Sean joined H&R Retail’s Baltimore office as an intern in 2002 and transitioned to the firm’s Washington D.C. office in 2011 to focus on tenant and landlord representation. Sean has completed more than 700 leases over the course of his career. Sean currently represents multiple regional and national Landlord’s including Pritzker Realty, Howard Hughes, Brookfield Properties and Grosvenor. His tenant portfolio includes national and regional brands such as Habit Burger, Truist Bank, Taco Bell, Wawa, Bolay and Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and local/new to market brands such as Bark Social and Bella Salons.
