Sean Dodd has over 10 years of corporate experience focusing on Real Estate, Management and Financial Consulting. Currently, Sean is a Transaction Manager for CBRE’s Corporate Advisory and Transaction Services Group, based at the firm’s Woodland Hills office. Sean joined CBRE in 2016 as an Associate, specializing in tenant representation in the Los Angeles area. Shortly thereafter, Sean joined the Hargrove Team, supporting one of the firms’ largest brokerage teams representing both national and international corporate real estate clients. Sean is responsible for providing transaction and portfolio management, which involves preparing, recommending, and implementing portfolio-wide strategy for the acquisition and disposition of real estate properties. Additionally, Sean is responsible for delivering high-touch technology solutions, using CBRE’s Vantage Suite—technological platforms that provide transaction reporting/tracking systems, highly-visual interactive mapping, portfolio optimizing, and employee commute analytics. In his role, Sean has worked with such clients as Verizon, Oath, Warner Bros., HBO, Turner Broadcasting, Frontier Communications and Stoopid Buddy Stoodios.
