About

Sean is a Managing Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. His responsibilities include asset disposition, recapitalization, and debt / equity sourcing for institutional corporate and private capital clients on all industrial asset types. Sean is involved in sourcing opportunities, direct marketing, structuring and oversight of all underwriting / pre-marketing due diligence. Sean has worked on both the ownership and advisory side of commercial real estate. During his five years at JLL, he has been involved in more than $4 billion of industrial transactions. Prior to joining JLL, Sean worked on the Investment team at First Industrial Realty Trust focusing on acquisitions and dispositions throughout the central region of the United States. Sean has also worked at Bank of America in the OREO department as an Asset Manager, where he was responsible for the management and disposition of bank-owned distressed real estate assets. He began his career at First Midwest Bank as a Credit Analyst in the Commercial Real Estate Group.
