About

Sean is a Principal at 33 Realty. He joined the team in September 2014 to build out & expand the commercial investment group. Sean started his career here in Chicago in 2007 working as a Commercial Real Estate Agent specializing in the disposition of mid-market, Chicago multi-family properties for a local boutique investment firm. In this role, he worked with apartment owners, converters, builders and real estate investors, assisting them in meeting their investment real estate goals. In 2002, Sean graduated from Boston College with a degree in Political Science. From there, he went on to study law at the University of Missouri - Kansas City where he obtained his J.D. in 2006 with a focus in Urban Land Use. Sean uses his legal education to help clients with complex transactions including redevelopment, zoning issues, complex financial transactions, note purchases, deeds in lieu sales and creative transfer instruments.
