Sean M. Campbell is a Vice President at Paramount Properties Group. Mr. Campbell plays a key role in spearheading development due diligence, private equity activities and capital market transactions at the firm. Mr. Campbell has comprehensive experience in the asset management, development and construction project management of commercial office, industrial, residential and mixed-use properties.
Prior to pursuing private equity endeavors, Sean held several management positions at Related Companies, L.P. within the Asset Management group at Hudson Yards, New York operating over $1 billion in assets. Prior to operating the Hudson Yards campus – the largest development in US history to date – Mr. Campbell spent several years as a Project Manager for Cushman & Wakefield in their Project & Development services division managing and executing commercial projects in New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Campbell received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Thomas Jefferson University, and then subsequently received a Master of Science in Construction Management and an MBA with concentrations in Finance, Management and Entrepreneurship.
