Over the past 25 years, Sean has provided complex strategy and indepth analysis for national, regional, and local industrial corporate real estate clients. By aligning knowledge of the industry with business strategy, Sean is able to develop strategic initiatives to maximize the value of the client’s real estate portfolio. By way of example, Sean implemented a four city distribution center rollout for a Leading Cable Company, which yielded a net occupancy savings of 16.7%; 500,000 square feet of future expansion options throughout the four cities to ensure growth and lease obligation savings in excess of $10 million through a three city award to one developer. To date, Sean has completed over 100 million square feet of industrial real estate transactions nationwide.
