Sean Banilivy is an Associate with Paramount Lodging Advisors and focuses on both individual asset and portfolio transactions across the United States.
Prior to joining PLA in Investment Sales, Sean worked with Paramount Capital Advisors, a subsidiary of PLA, where he focused on providing customized capital solutions, including debt and equity, for institutional and private real estate investors. During his time with Paramount Capital Advisors, Sean was involved in originating over $25MM of debt on behalf of his clients.
Prior to PLA, Sean served as an Investment Sales Associate for JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group where he was focused on full-service asset across the United States. During his time with JLL, Sean worked a several high-profile transactions including the Equinox Resort & Spa in Manchester, VT, as well as the Club Quarters Portfolio in New York City. His experience also includes working for Marriott International’s Development Planning & Feasibility group and the New York Palace Hotel.
Sean earned his bachelors degree from Boston University with a degree in Hospitality Administration and has taken additional graduate courses at Cornell University.
