Scott Sher serves as Managing Director for Katz & Associates’ New York City office. He has been in the commercial real estate industry for 20 years. Scott has extensive knowledge and expertise in leasing and project development. Scott strives to build his clients’ presence throughout Manhattan and the outer boroughs. During his career, Scott has worked with a wide variety of retailers including Warby Parker, Starbucks, Blink Fitness, 7-Eleven, Bareburger, European Wax Center, Lightbridge Academy, The Office Tavern Grill and Retro Fitness. Scott has built strong relationships with a number of New York City landlords including Extell Development, A & H Acquisitions, Aurora Capital and Ashkenazy Acquisitions. Scott has previously held positions at Sabre and Studley. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Arizona. Scott is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a licensed real estate broker in New York and New Jersey.
