In June 2011, Scott joined the Office Tenant Representation Group at Cushman & Wakefield. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2003 at The John Buck Company, and since then, he has developed a specialty in the transactional and analytical side of commercial office leasing. Scott successfully manages the transaction process for numerous clients in the Chicago area and throughout the US. Over the course of his 20-year career, he has been a key player in nearly 1,000 transactions that have taken place across 35 states, totaling over 15 million square feet of commercial space. Scott has been nominated for Chicago Office Broker of the Year in both 2017 and 2019, and Deal of the Year in 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from DePauw University, where he graduated Cum Laude and was accepted into the academic honor society, Phi Beta Kappa. Scott is also a former President of the American Cancer Society's Associate Board of Ambassadors.
