Scott Schwartz is the Chief Executive Officer and senior officer of Insignia PMG charged with determining and implementing the strategic direction of the company. With 35+ years of experience, Scott’s expertise in management, development, leasing, acquisition, and disposition has positioned him as an expert in the commercial real estate arena. He has brokered over one thousand complex lease and sale transactions, managed and stabilized troubled assets and developed in conjunction with various partners more than 40 projects.
Prior to joining Insignia PMG, Scott was President of Spencer Scott Real Estate Group, a full-service brokerage firm and Chief Executive Officer of a privately held real estate investment and development firm in downtown Los Angeles with a portfolio valued in excess of $300M for more than 20 and 15 years, respectively.
