Scott is a First Vice President within CBRE’s Florida Capital Markets group focused on multifamily investment sales of existing properties and developable land. He brings over 10 years of diverse commercial real estate experience and over $10 billion in closed transactions. Scott has represented both institutional and private capital in his career. Prior to joining CBRE, Scott served in similar roles while working with two other global real estate service firms. A native of Tampa, Florida, Scott brings a unique long-term perspective to the Central Florida market. He partners with Denny St. Romain and Jubeen Vaghefi in covering all capital markets solutions for the multifamily space throughout Central and North Florida. His client service, attention to detail, and lifelong connections to the real estate community in Florida serve his clients well. Mr. Peek graduated from the University of Florida, where he lettered in football and was a member of the 2008 national championship team. Mr. Peek is an active member of the Catholic Student Center at USF in Tampa. He lives in Tampa with his wife and two children.
