    Scott is the President of C-Store Realty, Inc., a niche real estate company specializing exclusively in the sale of gas stations and convenience stores throughout California and Washington. Having specialized in the sale of retail petroleum properties since 1996, C-Store has sold and leased over 675 stations, including a portfolio of 200 ConocoPhillips gas stations located in California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington and Oregon. C-Store works with all major oil companies, including, but not limited to, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, ExxonMobil, and British Petroleum

    Experience
    Scott graduated from the University of Southern California and is a licensed real estate broker in both California and Washington. Currently, Scott is working with 7-Eleven, Inc., as they expand throughout the West Coast, buying and leasing stations to convert existing brands to 7-Eleven stores and fuel stations.

    Selecting an experienced broker that has expertise in a narrow field and geographic region is of vital importance. In addition to this expertise, Scott also possesses the requisite knowledge and experience to act successfully in his capacity as a broker acting on behalf of a receiver to market and sell properties in receivership.
