Scott Lawlor is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Waypoint Residential. He brings more than 35 years of experience across all aspects of real estate acquisitions, financing, and asset management. Prior to launching Waypoint, Mr. Lawlor founded Broadway Partners, a private, vertically integrated real estate investment management firm that acquired more than 28 million square feet of office properties throughout the U.S. He holds a B.A. from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. and M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
