J. Scott Henderson serves as a senior advisor for SVN International “SVNI” specializing in investment brokerage of multifamily properties. With 35 years exclusive to the multifamily industry, Mr. Henderson has served all areas within the industry including: land acquisitions for multifamily development, value add renovations and asset repositioning, and institutional caliber multifamily investments.
Prior to joining as an affiliate of SVNI, Mr. Henderson served as a multifamily investment broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate and served as chairman for Coldwell Banker's National Multi-housing group. He is actively serving SVNI’s National Multifamily group representing North Texas and Oklahoma. Mr. Henderson is also one of the original founders in 1985 of the DFW Investment Owners Network in which he remains active to this day.
Mr. Henderson has received “Top Producer” and “Runner- Up Top Producer” honors from national, regional, and local real estate firms he has been associated with during his career. He achieved “Partners Circle Honors” in 2014 as one of the top producers nationally for SVN International.
