Prior to starting NorthPeak Commercial Real Estate Advisors Scott spent eight years with a boutique investment real estate brokerage firm here in Denver. During that time he established a track record of success. Scott was recognized for production in his brokerage as well as being one of Denver’s Top 5 Young Brokers multiple years in a row. Scott is a native of Colorado but hails from a real estate family from California. The James A Clayton CO is the longest running active commercial brokerage in the state of California with Scott serving as the 6th generation in the family to carry on the real estate legacy, albeit in Colorado. Scott has carved out a niche delivering Class B and Class C multifamily investment opportunities to his clients. He has brokered over 100 transactions focusing on Denver’s growing submarkets. He brings an analytical mind to every deal and makes a genuine effort to truly hear his clients as they explain their investment goals. In turn, Scott has been rewarded with long-term clients, many who are now personal friends.
