About
Scott Chisholm joined Greystone in 2019 as Head of Commercial and Business Development for its lending platform, expanding the firm’s capital solutions reach within the industrial, office, retail, and hospitality sectors, as well as multifamily.
Previously, Scott served as a Senior Managing Director at Ackman Ziff, where he specialized in commercial real estate debt and equity. Before joining Ackman-Ziff, Scott built and managed commercial mortgage businesses at leading financial institutions including Redwood Trust, Prudential, and J.P. Morgan (Chase).
Scott has served on the Board of Governors of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREF-C) and the Urban Development Mixed Use Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Scott holds a B.A. from Trinity College and an M.S. in real estate development from Columbia University.
