Born and raised in North Palm Beach, Florida, Sawyer jumped right into real estate brokerage & advisory upon graduating from University of North Florida with a major in Business Management and Finance. He has been active in the Florida real estate markets since 2015, obtaining his Sales Associate license while in college and immediately going to work in Investment Sales. Sawyer has successfully negotiated deals across a variety of commercial asset classes including retail, multi-family, and development sites. Since joining Katalyst, Sawyer has been leveraging his experience and business acumen analyzing acquisition and disposition opportunities for his clients. Sawyer is incredibly passionate about all facets of commercial real estate and is always compelled to deliver the best results for his clients. In his free time, Sawyer enjoys traveling, playing basketball, skiing, or hanging out with his dog Daisy at the beach.
