Sasha Dominguez is a multi-cultural national specialist of investment properties with a focus in net lease and sale-leaseback properties exclusively representing buyers and sellers. Prior to joining STREAM Capital Partners Sasha spent the early part of her career at JPMorgan Chase Bank focused on managing high-net worth individuals finances. Later she transitioned into commercial real estate where she spearheaded landlord representation, tenant representation, acquisitions and dispositions of urban retail properties throughout Miami-Dade County, stabilizing assets through precise tenant-mix, marketing and leasing strategies. While working closely with land owners, developers and their consultants, Sasha was able to reduce their risk to exposure through her adeptness by meticulously underwriting properties.
