Ms. Selnick is a director at Cignature Realty, where she oversees investment
sales of large-scale multifamily and mixed-use properties and portfolios. She is
actively marketing properties on an exclusive basis to prospective investors and
working closely with owners to successfully close transactions. Since 2017, she
has been involved in more than $874,800,000 worth of property transactions
(25 properties). Before joining Cignature Realty, Ms. Selnick interned extensively
in marketing, research and real estate analysis at a leading global real estate firm.
Ms. Selnick earned her Bachelor of Arts from Washington and Lee University in
Lexington, Virginia. She was an active member of the Washington and Lee Real
Estate Society, where she was head of the retail real estate group.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Ms. Selnick currently resides in Manhattan’s
Chelsea neighborhood.
