Sarah LanCarte is the founder of LanCarte Commercial. As President, she is responsible for leading the vision, strategy and operations of the firm. Additionally, she plays an active role with servicing the firm’s clients. Sarah’s passion and experience drive her commitment to provide exceptional results. Sarah is married to Adam and together they enjoy spending time outdoors with their dog, a Brittany Spaniel named Wesley.
Prior to establishing LanCarte Commercial, Sarah successfully spearheaded the creation and growth of Fort Capital’s commercial division and, as a principal at Transwestern, she closed more than 200 transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet.
