Sandra (Sandy) Chapman, Vice President of Quine & Associates, Inc. has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate in Texas primarily in Class A and B shopping centers of approximately 15,000 and 250,000 s.f. in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and office of approximately 30,000 s.f.
During her real estate career, Sandy has been involved in property sales, land sales, shopping center redevelopment, management and project leasing. Sandy also represents regional and national retail tenants as well as investors in North Texas.
In recognition of her outstanding performance, Sandy has been the recipient of Quine & Associates, Inc.'s top achievement awards, The John L. Kimberly, Jr. Award in 1993, 1995, and 2007. Sandy also received the company’s Goldberg Goldies Award in 1998, 2001, 2003, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2014, 2018 and recently 2020, which honors the company’s top producers.
