Samuel Schwartz is a Miami-based multifamily housing specialist and Senior Director at STL Commercial. He prioritizes integrity and empathy as the keys to success. With diverse real estate experience, Samuel partnered with Chicago’s Presidential Towers in 2014-2015, conducted property audits for Equity Commonwealth in 2016, and served as a research associate at Waterton in 2018. In 2019, he facilitated multifamily transactions with Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi-Housing Group. In 2020, amidst the pandemic, Samuel assisted in the disposition of a 553-unit apartment community as Assistant Community Manager at Port Royal Apartments. From 2021 to early 2023, he worked as an Executive at DWNTWN Realty Advisors, handling transactions in Miami Beach and North Miami. Throughout his career, Samuel has successfully facilitated the disposition of over 1,000 multifamily units and over $150M in sales.
