About
Based in downtown San Francisco, Sam specializes in advising companies with their real estate needs on a local and national basis. Working alongside one of the top producing teams in Northern California, Sam's market knowledge and execution experience is directly correlated to his superior client service delivery. Sam represents a diverse client base, ranging from growth-stage technology start-ups to Fortune 50 firms. In 2013, Sam was appointed President of Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leaders-NorCal Region (CWFL) and is an acting board member of CWFL's International Steering Committee. In addition, he was selected to be an inaugural member of the NorCal NAIOP Young Professionals Group and participates in several other Real Estate organizations, including ULI, CORENet and Belden Club. Born and raised in Marin County, Sam currently resides in San Francisco. He graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder and spent time studying abroad at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia. Sam is an active member of the Olympic Club and enjoys playing basketball, golf, and tennis.
