A fourth-generation native of Los Angeles, I attended CEE (Center for Early Education) and Harvard-Westlake School, then graduated from Bowdoin College before returning to my hometown to pursue my career. Currently - and since 2014 - as Managing Director & Licensed Broker-Associate for The Passman Group, my focus is delivering the highest level of professional, client-driven service throughout pre-sale/pre-purchase & the Escrow process.
I develop long-term relationships; I maintain long-standing relationships; I serve the diverse real estate needs of my residential clientele primarily in the Greater Los Angeles area: Culver City, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Silver Lake, and many more, but have worked all across California.
Since 2017, I have closed over $45M in gross sales, with individual records such as the Top Sale on the Wilshire Corridor ($10.6M) which was also the Top Sale for a Condo in the City of Los Angeles for all of 2018. I continue a multi-generational legacy of philanthropy on both sides (Weiss & Plotkin) of my family, with firm roots in: The Weitzman Institute and The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles.
