Currently, Sam oversees leasing for the iconic Miami mixed use redevelopment, CocoWalk and various other properties throughout Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Wynwood, The Miami River and Downtown. Current clients include Federal Realty Investment Trust, Grass River Properties, and Green Street Partners. He also works with an experienced team, overseeing tenant representation assignments throughout the Tri-County area. Sam is an active member of ICSC. Prior to joining The Comras Company, Sam attended the University of Miami double majoring in Real Estate and Finance. Before graduating from the University of Miami, in May of 2016, Sam played soccer for the University of Nebraska Omaha’s inaugural Division I soccer team, where he started and played in 8 of the Mavericks 13 games.
