As a Senior Associate of Industrial Brokerage Services for CBRE, Sam Manke specializes in the representation of users for industrial properties, including lease and sale negotiations, strategic planning, development, and logistics. Today, Sam is part of a four person team who leverages the collective knowledge, skills and experience of each member for the benefit of their clients. With Agency and Occupier representation, they deliver an array of services to aid in the ownership and operation of commercial real estate in both local and national markets. Over the years, Sam has gathered expertise on numerous projects, including 1031 exchanges, investment sales, corporate multi-market assignments, build-to-suits, site selection, employee studies, and sale-leasebacks for industrial properties and land. Sam leverages his construction management experience to help clients understand how different building systems may affect how they occupy a property. Sam also takes great care in understanding his client’s business and priorities so he can be a strategic advocate for them in negotiations.
