Samantha Hogin is an Associate in the Hotel and Commercial Investment Advisory practices at Hodges Ward Elliott. Sam is responsible for financial analysis, underwriting, transaction management, and the preparation of offering memoranda, pitch materials, and research presentations across all asset classes: hotel, multifamily, office, retail, industrial, etc.
