Sam started his real estate career by focusing on high-end rentals. He quickly went up the ranks at his old firm and was named Agent of the Month several times as well as being featured in several prominent publications, including The New York Post. In 2018, he ranked in NRT's Top 1,000 Sales Associates, within the top 500. He then worked for one of the top-ranking teams at Douglas Elliman before joining Compass.
As a member of the Philip Scheinfeld Team at Compass, integrity, expertise, and quality service are key to his approach. Sam specializes in high-end rentals as well as sales and has done business all over Manhattan handling transactions in condos, co-ops, townhouses and rental buildings. Having worked for both sides of the deal, he knows what each of the parties requires (owner/landlord and buyer/tenant),and uses that knowledge to his client's advantage.
