Sam Chang is a Vice President in the Office and Industrial Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage in Houston. He began his career in commercial real estate at CBRE in the Capital Markets group where he was responsible for the asset management of portfolios valued at more than $6 Billion. Sam has a diverse background in commercial real estate including brokerage services, property management and development. He also has a comprehensive background in statistical modeling, underwriting, and debt financing and is a natural problem solver and team leader. Sam holds a Business Administration degree in Finance, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Houston. He is fluent in several Asian languages, and is able to conduct business in Mandarin and Cantonese. Sam is a native Texan and a US Army Infantry veteran.
