Sahand began his real estate career at the young age of 17 as an intern to earn community service hours while still attending San Clemente High School where he received the prestigious IB diploma. Early on, Sahand discovered his interest for sales and working in a team environment. While obtaining his real estate license, he began working in mobile phone sales and led a top producing retail location to break previous sales records, in addition to being consistently ranked at the top of his region of 180 employees. As an Orange County native, Sahand has a respected inner circle of friends and clients, and therefore decided to pursue his career in an area of passion, which is real estate. Sahand currently resides in San Clemente where he is attending Saddleback College, and has plans to transfer to USC to pursue his master’s degree in real estate and development.
