Sab has 30 years of experience in the Princeton commercial real estate market, focusing on large Office and Life Science R&D leasing and sale assignments, as well as land sales and development projects. Sab has an uncommon ability to understand and solve problems, and creatively negotiate complex transactions. Sab started his career at CBRE and left the firm as a Senior Vice President after 20 years. In 2006, he joined forces with Aubrey Haines at PPP and immediately began taking market share from larger competitors. PPP consistently ranks as one of the top firms in Princeton in terms of transaction value and square footage leased.
