Ryan Young joined Fort Capital in February of 2023 as a Leasing Manager. In this role, Ryan is responsible for leasing Fort Capital’s Houston Industrial portfolio. Ryan’s key responsibilities are driving leasing across Fort Capital’s 4 million square feet including but not limited to negotiating renewals, and filling vacancies. He also assists the Property Management and Investment teams on new acquisition opportunities. Ryan has a decade of commercial real estate experience in Houston, where he spent 7 years at Lee & Associates as a Director. During which he completed hundreds of industrial leases and investment sale transactions on behalf of institutional owners and local companies. He has expertise in financial analysis and always finds creative ways to get a deal done.
