Ryan is one of the founding principals helping to form Secured Properties back in 2003. He is currently the CEO leading the firm in all areas of the business.
He began his career in 1996 while completing his bachelors in Business Administration at the University of Southern California supporting one of the top 5 female power brokers in Los Angeles. Ryan continued his career at Sperry Van Ness and is where he met his soon to be business partner Jay Chu. It’s their shared commitment to honesty, creativity and passion for real estate that led them to create Secured Properties.
For over 20 years, Ryan has represented a diverse array of clients such as institutions, an NBA team owner, syndicators to individual investors. His wealth of experience has led him to be well versed in a far reaching variety of transactions from large shopping centers, strip centers, office buildings, medical office, retail stores, large to small multifamily properties, mixed-use projects and land for development. Outside of real estate, Ryan is married with two children.
