Ryan’s focus is selling multifamily assets in his hometown of Columbus, Ohio as well as assisting the team with Indiana, Louisville, Kentucky and Michigan properties. He holds a real estate license in Ohio, Indiana and Michigan. Ryan is a graduate of Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. While attending Indiana University, Ryan was actively involved with the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Club. After graduating from Indiana University in 2022, Ryan started his real estate career at Cushman and Wakefield with the Midwest Multifamily Team. In December of 2023, Ryan moved with the team to CBRE.
