Ryan Spradling joined JLL in 2019 with over 18 years of brokerage experience specializes in representing institutional owners and corporate occupiers with the leasing, acquisition and disposition of warehouse, R&D buildings throughout San Diego County.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Ryan was Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield where he co-brokered a team responsible for over 15MM square feet of industrial product throughout San Diego. His brokerage career began in 2003 as an Industrial Landlord and Tenant Specialist with Burnham Real Estate which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in 2008.
