Ryan Sparks is an integral member of the Central San Diego Industrial Team, specializing in all aspects of Industrial and R&D properties, including leasing, sales, market strategy development, prospecting and negotiations. Possessing an expert knowledge within the Central San Diego submarkets, he assists both local and corporate tenants as well as private and institutional landlords. Since joining his team in 2012, Mr. Sparks has completed over 800 lease and sale transactions, totaling approximately 7.7 million square feet, with a total lease consideration of over $380 million. He began his career with CBRE in the South Bay-Los Angeles office as a Researcher, specializing in Office and Industrial product types. A third generation San Diegan, Ryan’s real estate background along with his extensive knowledge of the market allows him to bring value to his clients. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and leading an active lifestyle.
