Ryan began his career in multifamily investment sales in 2021. Following a successful career playing professional basketball in Germany and internationally, Ryan felt a strong pull to the industry which presented several parallels to what made him successful as an athlete and which he felt would allow him to provide superior service to his clients. Upon seeing the exceptional market fundamentals of the DFW multifamily market and the tremendous growth of GREA, Ryan moved to Dallas to join the secondary markets team. Ryan’s familiarity with secondary markets stems from attending West Texas A&M in Amarillo, where he graduated with dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting, earned All American honors for basketball, and became the winningest player in program history.
Outside of brokerage, you will find Ryan involved in church, at the gym, watching or playing sports, or competing at anything and everything.
