Ryan Murray is a multifamily investment sales associate with The Zupancic Group of Marcus & Millichap’s Washington, DC office. Ryan specializes in markets throughout Northern Virginia, where he is responsible for multifamily investment sales, research, advisory, and business development. He focuses on building long-term relationships with clients to help them reach their real estate investment goals, whether it be through valuation, acquisition, disposition, or financing of their multifamily assets. Prior to becoming an Associate, Ryan spent two years assisting the day-to-day operations of the Head of the Team, Marty Zupancic. He also served as the first intern at the Northern Virginia Apartment Association. Ryan is a native of the Metropolitan Area and received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Elon University.
